These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AgroBEET AgriTech Pvt Ltd ("AgroBEET", "Company", "we", "us" or "our"), having its registered office at Office No. 612, B-Wing, 6th Floor, Suratwwala Mark Plazzo, Hinjawadi Rd, Hinjawadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411057, India. They govern your access to and use of the website agrobeet.com, the AgroBEET mobile application, and all related services (together, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
2. Our services
AgroBEET provides, among other things: (a) a farm accounting and management application for farmers; (b) a farm-to-market supply chain connecting farmers with domestic and international buyers; (c) facilitation of land leasing between landowners and cultivators; and (d) related agri-services. Certain features may be offered free of charge and others on a paid or subscription basis. We may add, modify or discontinue features at any time.
3. Account registration
To use certain Services you must create an account and provide information such as your name, mobile number and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@agrobeet.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
4. Payments, pricing and subscriptions
Prices for paid Services are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways authorised by the Reserve Bank of India; by making a payment you also agree to the applicable terms of the payment gateway provider. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials on our servers.
Subscriptions, where offered, renew for successive periods as described at the time of purchase unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees paid are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may revise our pricing from time to time; revised prices apply prospectively from your next billing cycle or purchase.
5. User content and acceptable use
You retain ownership of the content you submit through the Services (such as farm records, listings, reviews and profile information) and grant AgroBEET a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, use and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) post false, misleading, defamatory or infringing content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or interfere with their operation; (d) use the Services to send spam or fraudulent communications; or (e) scrape, copy or resell any part of the Services without our written consent.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including the AgroBEET name, logo, software, design, text, graphics and other content (excluding user content), are owned by or licensed to AgroBEET AgriTech Pvt Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
7. Third-party services and links
The Services may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites and services (including payment gateways, logistics providers and app stores). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and the third party concerned.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and availability, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any information (including market prices, estimates or analytics shown in the app) is complete or accurate. Any decisions you make in reliance on the Services are made at your own discretion and risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgroBEET AgriTech Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgroBEET AgriTech Pvt Ltd and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Services poses a risk to AgroBEET, other users or third parties. You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and material changes may additionally be notified through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
