Agricultural Exporter from India — Direct from 10,000+ Villages to Your Port

Import onions, grapes, pomegranates, bananas, rice, pulses and spices with a partner who controls the supply chain from the farm gate: graded produce, honest specifications, complete export documentation and on-time shipments.

Why AgroBEET

The sourcing depth of a platform, the discipline of an exporter

Most exporters buy from mandis and hope for the best. We aggregate directly from farmer groups our app works with every day — so we know the crop before it's harvested.

Farm-gate sourcing

Produce committed by farmer groups across 10,000+ villages — better control over variety, harvest timing and freshness than mandi buying.

Spec-driven quality

Every contract ships against a written specification — size, brix, moisture, broken percentage — verified at our hubs and documented with photos and reports.

Documentation done right

Phytosanitary, certificate of origin, fumigation, customs clearance — handled end-to-end so your consignment clears without surprises.

FAQ

Export questions, answered

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For most fresh produce the MOQ is one full container load — e.g. ~28 MT of onions in a 40-ft container. For grains, pulses and spices we typically quote from 25 MT. Trial shipments and mixed loads can be discussed.
Which Incoterms do you support?
We regularly quote FOB (Indian port), CFR and CIF (destination port). EXW and door delivery can be arranged case by case.
What export documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate where applicable, bill of lading or airway bill, and any quality certificates agreed in the contract.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are an advance with balance against shipping documents (T/T), or an irrevocable letter of credit for established trade lanes. Exact terms are agreed in the quotation.
Can you send samples before a bulk order?
Yes — for most commodities we courier samples or share detailed lot photos, videos and lab reports before you commit to a container.
